Pura Vida Bracelets

Pura Vida is dedicated to support a multitude of charities when you purchase their Bracelets, Jewelry, and other accessories.

Pura Vida (“Pure Life” in Spanish) was founded in 2010 in Costa Rica by Griffin That and Paul Goodman. The founders traveled to Costa Rica together after graduating from San Diego State University (Go Aztecs!) where they met a pair of bracelet makers, Jorge and Joaquin, who were living in poverty at the time. Griffen and Paul purchased 400 bracelets for $100, and then sold them them back home. Everyone was asking for more bracelets. They quickly realized, these were not just ordinary friendship bracelets–people valued the work of the artisans.
